Last weekend I called about a water leak outside of my house and Parker came to my house not just on time, but ahead of schedule. I also received a courtesy call from Sandra letting me know that Parker was on his way. As soon as Parker got to my house, he went to work and his attitude was extremely professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He fixed and resolved the leak issue and because of him and Sandra's excellent customer service, I am proud to be a new Plumbing EXPERTS member. Had a busted hot water heater at my condo. Called The Plumbing Experts. Shawn and Travis came out. They were fantastic! They gave me option on how to proceed and were able to replace it right then. Thank you so much. Will definitely use this Charleston Plumber again.
