I had always wanted to try crossfit but finally decided to jump on the opportunity when I saw a living social deal for Crossfit Talem. From the first time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed into an amazing community. I loved that they were able and willing to modify workouts for me early on until I felt comfortable with all of the movements. I lost weight and, more importantly, gained strength, confidence, and new friends :) I would definitely recommend Talem for anyone who's looking for a fun, encouraging, and challenging workout community/routine!
I walked into CrossFit Talem a year ago and remember meeting the coach Jeremy. He jumped up and enthusiastically introduced me to everyone. There was a free trial, so I had a feeling I would try it and be able to walk away. After my second day I was hooked. More so on the comradare of the team and the encouragement from the coaches. I finally started going to the 5:30AM classes so my son could join me before school. Since then I feel like, thanks to my incredible coach Grace and such an awesome team, I have become a new person and truly watched my son embrace the dedication of an athelete. If you are looking for a place to really change your direction physically - this is it.
Crossfit Talem is a great place to work out and get into shape. The coaches are knowledgeable and very helpful. The community is awesome and very supportive.
Truly been a life changer for me meeting and learning from Jeremy, Grace and all the other great coaches and folks that workout there.
