I love this store, I'm here at least once a week. But the downfall is that I'm almost 8 months pregnant and I've never once been able to park in pregnancy parking because someone who is clearly not pregnant is parked there (men, old women, etc). I've told an associate about it before and she simply told me "well the manager doesn't enforce that". Just sad.
This store is the closest to my home. The products are pretty good, and it’s kept very clean.
Very poor selections of tofu and $4/a piece for the one kind they had. Veggies were fresh and good. Kale was $2 for two bunches. This was my first time in a Bi-Lo. Store was pretty empty of customers, but it was very hard to find anyone to ask questions. The way they put products out is atypical. For example canned beans were displayed by brand and they were not on the same aisle.
Needless to say I will remind myself, never to step a foot in there again.
I’ll take the extra time to stop at another store before I get to my neighborhood.
You have to pry a smile and hello from the cashiers. The produce has taken a slight dive as well...
As always a very clean store with super nice employees. I love shopping there.

The downside is the staff, “especially management” They are very distant. I had a customer service clerk do a override, and as soon as he walked off “Shelia” whispered and pointed while looking at me. Very rude in my book. I brought cash in, and not my purse, so I needed a override for my Id verification (wine). I’m in there nearly everyday.
People to recognize are Sharon and Camrin... Looks like the GM doesn't convey the surveys. You reached the corporate...they state...they will.. actually they won't.. not sure.. we should tell the positive and the real truth... Good people work there.. Good pricing
